Services on offer include the possibility to access data regarding individual policy holder positions managed by Previnet. An individual user-name and password is provided to each user. It also possible to integrate Company portfolio data relating to products not managed by Previnet.

REPLICATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM® (RTS®)

The Replication Technology System® (RTS®) provides data replication and Insurance Policy Administration Replication Release Software (IPAS_ARR®), which guarantees the Insurance Company with complete visibility of all portfolio data present within Previnet archives.
Previnet also provides the Company with the hardware necessary to support the Replication Technology System®, which allows direct and immediate access to all portfolio information.
Data replication is achieved via telematic connection, which transmits coded information according to the security standards required by Privacy and Technology Discipline regulations (article.34 of (Italian) legislative decree 196/03).

WEB TRADING COUNTER® (WTC®)

The WTC® is a system based on WEB technology, which has been created to allow the Insurance Company's distribution network (banks, agencies, financial advisors, brokers) to efficiently promote and issue insurance policies. This system allows for:

• complete administration of policy promotion and issuing activities, as well as all data variations and post-sales activities for each insurance policy
• connection between the Insurance Company and the distributor IT system, granting the Company complete visibility of policy holder data
• interaction between distributors and Previnet regarding all data relating to individual policy holder positions
• the use of policy holder data for marketing and budget analysis

Activities such as the up-dating of policy archives and the consulting of data for the management of existing positions are all possible on-line thanks to a dedicated internet connection.
