Thanks to over a decade of operating experience within this market, Previnet S.p.A has developed a wide range of highly specialised administration services for the Pension Fund industry: from member enrolment and contribution processing, NAV calculations and benefits management to fund accounting, legal consulting and value added services such as Contact Centre and Mailing services. It currently manages more than 220 pension funds, 1.5 million positions and over 170,000 employers.

Services are available both in Italy and all over Europe for Occupational (closed) and Supplementary (Open) Pension Funds and Individual Pension Plans for Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit Funds. As scheme administrator, Previnet is capable of managing complex operating models with multiple players in multiple currencies and multi-investment vehicles within the same pension plan. Services include secure online facilities for plan members and employers, and are inclusive of a full range of reporting and data replication.

Previnet is able to support its clients throughout all phases of the Pension Fund Administration cycle. Procedures are constantly up-dated to comply with market regulations, allowing clients to concentrate on core business , safe in the knowledge that all legal and compliance pre-requisites are being correctly respected and distribution demands are being met.

Over the last few years, Previnet has further extended its outsourcing service range to the pension industry across Europe: it can support Pension Funds and Multinationals offering retirement benefits to Expatriates and Third Country Nationals and is also capable of providing the operating platform for Pan-European Pension Funds (IORPs).
