MIGRATION OF POLICY HOLDER DATA

In particular, Previnet carries out the following activities:
· collection of individual policy holder personal data
· collection of individual position portfolio values, showing data pre 31/12/2000 and post 01/01/2001
· cross-checking of all transmitted information
· inserting all above-mentioned data into IT system for the launch of operations
· creation of individual positions relating to the data collected

Prior to carrying out the above mentioned activities, Previnet will carry out relative testing in order to verify the completeness and correctness of all migrated data. Once this test has been successfully completed, Previnet will provide the Fund with all necessary details in order to obtain an official certificate of data migration.
