Establishment
Previnet was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between Generali and Banca Commerciale Italiana, with the aim of providing outsourcing services to pension funds and operators in the insurance and financial sectors. In a rapidly changing landscape, we were among the first to recognise the value of administrative and technological specialisation as a strategic driver for the sector’s growth.
Experience
Over the years, together with Previmedical, we have become a leading player in the field of services dedicated to supplementary pensions, supplementary healthcare,insurance and finance. Thirty years of experience have enabled us to consolidate a leadership position based on expertise, reliability and the ability to innovate.

Today, we work with credit institutions, insurance and financial companies, and investment funds to support market evolution, simplify complexity and generate long-term value.

Sustainability as a concrete commitment
Our headquarters are located in Borgoverde, Preganziol (TV), on a site of around 70,000 square metres surrounded by greenery.
Built in 2011 as part of a project strongly backed by Previnet’s owner, Borgoverde stands as a concrete example of sustainable architecture and a commitment to energy efficiency.
All the buildings, designed to be eco-friendly, are fitted with solar panels capable of covering around a fifth of the annual electricity requirement through renewable energy. Heating is provided by a geothermal system, and the large glass surfaces allow for maximum use of natural light.
Waste sorting is carried out regularly throughout the complex, and water from the underlying aquifer is also used for daily consumption.
For us, sustainability is not just an architectural project, but a daily commitment that guides our business decisions and the evolution of our business model.
